Russia to launch Proton M rocket Fewer in 2013

Russia will carry out Fewer Proton M launches in 2013 than Planned, Roskosmos a source said. Given the situation, Roskosmos is schedule to reconsider the terms of Baikonur's lease in favor of making the country Russia rent for it depend on the number of launches.
